Even though I love eating meat, it’s starting to make me feel sick at just the thought of it. I feel like I consume too much of it as well. Maybe I’ll look into other sources for my protein intake and just have meat once a week or two if I desire. All the meat I’ve been eating is chicken and I’m getting sick of it and then i also don’t want to consume too much red meat so I rarely eat that. I guess I’ll start eating more beans, nuts and tofu and eat more of a vegetarian/vegan diet. I never thought I’d say something like this but it’s seriously bugging me.
@4 days ago with 2 notesI was on the treadmill for about an hr and 20 and burned 500 calories. I hate being on it for so long but I wanted to burn calories without bulking up my legs with the incline. I’m still working on running longer as well. This time I could only do 6 minutes straight but I upped it by a minute. :D lol but I’m exhausted though…oh and I ate pretty clean today, the only thing that wasn’t was the macarons I tried making. I only had one side and it had no filling so that doesn’t matter. Now I need to go eat and maybe do some pilates later. Idk. We’ll see.
